Our online deliveries may take a little longer arrive than usual. Please be patient in these troubled times, we'll do our best to get your orders to you as quickly and as safely as possible.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, as no form may result in taking longer to process the return. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Underwear if the packaging has been opened
We only offer free exchanges if the item you have received is incorrect or damaged. We can exchange goods for an alternative product, size or colour subject to availability which will incur a delivery fee.
