Shipping & Returns


How much is shipping?

We use DPD Local and delivery costs £5.95 for orders to the UK

Delivery is free on orders over £200.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

DPD Local is a next day delivery service, meaning if your order is placed before 12pm, the parcel will arrive the following working day.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Mondays, excluding Bank Holidays.

Please note: During sale and promotional periods, your order may take slightly longer to be delivered.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

Pricing is as follows:

£15 to Europe

£20 to North America

£25 to ROW

From 01/01/2021, there may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout. Owl Store does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges, these are the sole responsibility of the customer.


What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. 

Can I return an item bought in-store?

Please note we cannot refund in-store only purchases but can offer an exchange or credit note which is to be used within 3 months from the date of issue.

Faulty items will be fully refunded if deemed truthfully faulty by the store assistant.
