DELIVERY COSTS

We use DPD delivery services and our Next Day Delivery service costs £5.95 to the UK.

In order to receive your item(s) the next day, orders should be placed by Midday, Monday - Thursday. If an order is placed on Friday, your item(s) will arrive the following Monday.

Please note: During sale and promotional periods, your order may take slightly longer to ship.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International Shipping:

£10 to Europe (minimum order value £150)

£15 to North America

£25 to ROW

From 01/01/2021, there may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to countries within the EU. Owl Store does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for EU orders. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

OUR RETURNS POLICY (NON-SALE ITEMS)

Our returns policy for non-sale items means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. 

OUR RETURNS POLICY (ARCHIVE SALE ITEMS)

All sales are final on items bought in our archive sale.

We are able to credit your online account, offer an in-store credit note or exchange the item as an alternative.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for returns to be processed.

We only offer free exchanges if the item you have received is incorrect or damaged. We can exchange goods for an alternative product, size or colour subject to availability which will incur a delivery fee.

Please note - the above information relates only to returns on good purchased through the Owl Store website. Refunds cannot be given on purchases made in-store.
